Why did you choose this particular occupation?
I chose this occupation because it’s very diverse and varied. I’m always learning something new, in all of the manufacturing processes, including turning, milling, grinding, drilling and so on.
What do you find particularly interesting about this training course?
I find the manufacturing processes particularly interesting, and also special projects and the insight you get into the various departments.
Do you have any tips for other applicants? What should they bring along?
Applicants should bring along a love of technology, a high school diploma and plenty of motivation. It’s also a very good idea to apply for an apprenticeship with KERN-LIEBERS in good time, a year before starting.
What opportunities does KERN-LIEBERS offer you after completing your training?
KERN-LIEBERS offers global career opportunities and the chance to work abroad. When I finish my training, I’ll be a skilled worker. But we’re also given the opportunity after our training to go on to become a technician, or even entertain the idea of going to college.

The training at Kern-Liebers is as good as it gets, and there are exciting projects and additional support measures with the "Trainee Fit" seminars.

Do you have any tips for other applicants? What should they bring along?
Applicants should have a good high-school certificate or diploma, be willing to work, show commitment and have plenty of motivation.
Why did you choose this particular occupation?
This is an occupation that offers very varied work in different business areas such as sales, purchasing, human resources, financial accounting, and so on.
What opportunities does KERN-LIEBERS offer you after completing your training?
When I finish my training, I will have the opportunity as a trained industrial management assistant to work in the various departments and to specialize. Later, I will also have the opportunity to continue my development by doing a course in business administration or, if I have a college entrance qualification or high school diploma, going on to college.

What do you find particularly interesting about this training course?
In the commercial sector in particular, KERN-LIEBERS offers a very multi-faceted training program, and you switch departments every three months, which gives you a very good insight into all business areas and allows you to cover a great deal of material over the three-year training period.

What I find particularly interesting are the relationships between business administration and technical aspects, which I can follow in the course of my work.

KERN-LIEBERS always offers numerous opportunities after completing your training. I myself have already completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic at KERN-LIEBERS, after which I was given the opportunity to continue with the company as a dual studies student. When I finish my studies, the doors are open to various different areas, since I will have an understanding of both the business administration and technical aspects. Possible departments are technical sales and product, process or project management.

The should be willing to learn and work hard, and enjoy technology and business administration.
