Successful completion of the sale of the Hardt site of Bruker-Spaleck GmbH

The KERN-LIEBERS group is pleased to announce that the sale of the Hardt site of its subsidiary Bruker-Spaleck GmbH has been successfully completed. The site will now be part of the renowned Ulbrich Specialty Wire Products group, a leading supplier of precision metal solutions headquartered in Westminster, SC, USA, with an in-depth understanding of the industry and ideally suited to meet the needs of Bruker-Spaleck and its customers.

The Hardt site will remain fully operational and all employees have been retained to ensure a seamless continuation of business activities. Belonging to the Ulbrich Group opens up new opportunities and brings real added value to the Hardt site.

The transition has been carefully prepared so that all parties benefit from the positive developments.

Bruker-Spaleck GmbH continues to operate its site in Bocholt for the production of rolled steel profiles, which will move into a newly built plant next year.
