Significant changes are taking place in the Management of the KERN-LIEBERS Group, which will be effective by the end of the year.

Mr. Nils Fleck, Member of the Board of Management and COO, has left the company to pursue new challenges outside the KERN-LIEBERS Group. The Group thanks Mr. Fleck for his work and commitment and wishes him all the best for his future.

Mr. Juergen Brielmaier, also a Member of the Board of Management, will end his active role in the management at the end of the year due to age. He will continue to be responsible for building the central sales organization globally as Senior Vice President Sales Division.

“We thank Mr. Brielmaier for his contribution to the success of KERN-LIEBERS during his time in Board of Management and are pleased that he will continue to take on an important role in the Group,” says Dr. Jürgen Steim, Chairman of the Board of Directors at KERN-LIEBERS.

In the future the Board of Management of the KERN-LIEBERS Group will consist of three members:

Dr. Erek Speckert: President and CEO

Mr. Udo von Reinersdorff: Commercial Managing Director and CFO

A new technical Managing Director and CTO, whose appointment will be announced at a later date.
