Engineer

Your responsibilities:
- Assist PE with LCs for project management, e.g. provide input for production costing, participate in Gate 10/20/40 review meeting organized by PE, support package specifications, feasibility studies and cost improvements, document engineering drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
- Initiate and track sample production, stocking and delivery, prepare tooling and fixtures, perform process verification and provide feedback to PE.
- Implement continuous improvement of processes, e.g. standardized work, analysis of non-conformities, analysis and optimization of process parameters, analysis and improvement of line productivity, etc.
- Organize and archive documents containing drawing information and APQP documents from customers,
- Perform product audits and process audits, provide improvement actions, including internal and external audits.
- Maintain SAP master data (raw material, finished parts, ID material) and ensure that the work plan corresponds to the actual status
- Compilation and standardization of work instructions, training of operators to ensure that they are qualified.
- Managing fixtures and tooling, focusing on the cost and effect of tool maintenance.
- Assist in working with the company for high-tech enterprises, certification, such as trial production, product testing, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Your profile:
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering and engineering is an advantage.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Be familiar with the manufacturing process of mechanical components
- Understanding of the automotive industry project process and quality system
- Strong hands-on skills, analytical skills and communication skills
- Have a lean mindset and knowledge.
- Positive work attitude, drive and determination
- Basic command of written and spoken English.
