Anything but superficial
Thorough surface treatment of springs, stamped parts and stamped-bent parts plays a key role in ensuring that your products meet all requirements for precision, fatigue strength and durability one hundred percent. We are happy to do this for you.

Our range of services
Our surface treatment processes guarantee precise processing and careful cleaning of your products to the highest standards.
Our polishing processes ensure perfect edge rounding, even on the narrowest parts. This results in optimally smoothed surfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also offer functional benefits.
We offer specialized oiling and greasing processes to ensure comprehensive corrosion protection. These preserve the quality and durability of your components under a wide range of operating conditions.
Shot peening and glass bead blasting improve surface hardening and thus increase the service life of your products. This also includes deburring to guarantee flawless production.
Our mass finishing and barrel finishing processes ensure effective deburring and polishing. These processes contribute significantly to the refinement of your products and create high-quality end products.
We offer specialized services to meet the highest cleaning requirements. Your parts are thoroughly de-oiled and degreased before heat treatment or delivery. We remove dirt and chips and comply with the strict residual dirt regulations of the automotive and medical industries.
Our cleaning solutions include hydrocarbons, modified alcohols and aqueous media. This variety of cleaning media enables us to precisely fulfill specific requirements.
We use state-of-the-art methods to support cleaning. These include the washing basket movement, (pressure) flooding or spraying the medium as well as the use of ultrasound.
We check the cleaning effect through visual inspections under the microscope and the determination of residual dirt in accordance with VDA Volume 19. We ensure that both internal and customer-specific cleanliness classes are strictly adhered to.
Surface coating
Electroplated coatings can be used to produce highly conductive, dynamically stressed contact elements with the highest surface qualities. Spring-loaded contact elements are perfect for use in electrical assemblies that are exposed to shocks and vibrations.
Wherever a fixed connection can lead to failure, springs are the suitable alternative.
In addition to electrical properties, corrosion properties can also be positively influenced by the surface coating.
