Our laser welding technology offers continuous wave and pulse welding for maximum precision. With outputs of up to 8 kW (infrared and green), we process steel, aluminum and copper alloys. Integration into your production line enables 100% inline seam detection, adjustment and testing. Our materials laboratory offers comprehensive tests such as cross-sections and micro-hardness tests.
We offer precise laser drilling with diameters between 30 and 100 µm in stainless steel. Our technology enables 100% inline hole counting and diameter measurement for maximum accuracy.
Our laser marking technology offers pulsed markings such as DMC, QR codes, barcodes and plain text. We mark steel, aluminum and copper alloys using engraving, annealing colors and texturing. Integration into your production line and 100% inline inspection ensure efficiency and quality.
Our laser hardening technology uses continuous wave processes with outputs of up to 2 kW to precisely harden steel (carbon). The power is controlled according to the temperature. Our materials laboratory offers comprehensive tests such as cross-sections and micro-hardness tests.
Our laser cutting technology offers continuous wave and pulse modulation modes with outputs of up to 8 kW. We cut steel, aluminum and copper alloys and offer solutions for small series and sample production.
Our laser deburring technology integrates seamlessly into your production line and offers efficient solutions for deburring stainless steel materials.
