The best thing that can happen to a wire
Winding and coiling are the core processes for forming a spring from wire. We use state-of-the-art CNC coiling and winding machines to manufacture your individual wire springs and strip springs. Automated testing processes guarantee maximum precision and quality.
Thanks to the precise production of a wide range of wire and strip, springs and bent wire parts can be manufactured to the highest standards of geometry and spring properties.
Our products are characterized by their versatility and offer you solutions for a wide range of applications, whether mechanical, electrical for signal transmission and contacting or radio technologies. Spring production does not end with geometry production. Our products are finalized according to customer specifications through tailor-made finishing processes.

CNC-controlled automatic winches are used in the winch area. They have rotatable coiling pins for optimized application of the spring ends. A 100 % inspection of the untensioned spring length and diameter is possible without any problems. Overall, you benefit from great flexibility, reduced set-up times and maximum precision.
Coiling is the most frequently used method for spring production. Extension, compression and torsion springs can be produced efficiently and reliably using this process, even with tight tolerance requirements. Reworking steps can be saved thanks to low-burr cutting.
Application-specific special shapes that go beyond known spring designs and stress types can also be produced reliably.

For the production of wire springs, spring bodies are wound around a mandrel using CNC coiling machines. The integrated laser and camera inspection ensures maximum precision and product quality.
Spring coiling offers an advantage when particularly high demands are placed on the spring diameter, leg position and pitch of torsion springs. In spring coiling, the spring body is produced by winding the wire around a mandrel, which is reflected in the precision of the spring.

Power springs are usually also wound in the opposite direction to their original deformation. This allows maximum torque to be generated from the material cross-section used. To save you having to fit the spring into the housing, the springs can be wound into the corresponding housing without any additional work step. Alternatively, power springs can be delivered to the customer in a wire ring or by means of a riveted or welded connection in a so-called self-retaining state.

State-of-the-art CNC and stamping and bending machines are used for bending. 3D bent parts are also possible. The integrated laser and camera inspection ensures maximum precision and product quality. All in all, you benefit from great flexibility, reduced set-up times and maximum precision.
Our bent wire parts are manufactured with the highest precision and state-of-the-art technology. Whether simple or complex shapes - thanks to our modern machinery with up to 21 CNC-controlled axes, we offer customized solutions for every requirement. By processing pre-coated wires, this process can also be used to produce antennas for transmitting signals and data.
