Laser-machined parts

Laser-machined parts: Highest precision to the point

We use various laser processes for different applications. From the finest laser beam drilling with drilling diameters of 30 µm to 100 µm for high-pressure applications, to laser beam welding, which we use as a joining process with low heat input and high precision in large-scale production.

High-precision laser deburring for very delicate components and geometries, as well as laser marking with a contactless process for labeling or marking materials, round off our smart service in the field of laser processing.

Areas of application

Laser-machined parts: At home in many industries

Our laser-machined parts are used worldwide in the following industries, among others:

  • Automotive
  • electrical engineering
  • building services engineering
  • medical technology

Laser-welded components

Process

  • Different diameters and geometries possible
  • Defined welding position and depth

Materials

  • Spring-hard stainless steel and high-temperature resistant materials

Special features

  • Gas-tight welding under pressure
  • Low-spatter welding process
  • Fatigue strength and temperature resistance
  • Low distortion process, e.g. perpendicularity of welded studs

Laser-welded assemblies and parts, in particular for charge movement flaps in the intake area, bypass flaps in the exhaust area and battery components such as the LID cover assembly.

Other applications include strikers, door locks and hood catches, as well as tube springs for piezo systems.
