Comprehensively tested for the highest quality
The highest product quality is a matter of course for us. That's why we accompany the entire development and production process with comprehensive analyses and tests - from cleanliness and material analyses to production-related tests and ageing and environmental tests. So that your products meet your requirements exactly or even exceed your expectations.

Technical cleanliness
Ensuring technical cleanliness is key to guaranteeing the reliability and durability of various assemblies in the automotive and electronics/electrical engineering industries. From production to logistics, we offer numerous solutions to meet your growing requirements for the technical cleanliness of components and assemblies.
- Clean room production
- Cleaning processes (degreasing/hybrid) in ultrasonic/continuous systems and chamber washing systems
- Comprehensive analysis based on the standards of the VDA 19 guidelines
- Advanced analysis by combining classic TecSa with REM-EDX to determine the chemical nature of the particles

Materials laboratory
Material analysis, and therefore also the material laboratory, is an essential cornerstone in every metalworking company. The use of various state-of-the-art analysis methods enables us to perform a detailed and holistic material analysis, from the surface condition to the microstructure. In addition to carrying out classic incoming goods inspections and fracture and damage analysis, we also support our suppliers and customers in the development of new materials and products.
- Classic materials testing: tensile tests, hardness tests, metallography, etc.
- Corrosion tests
- LM, REM-EDX
- Supporting analysis in the field of TecSa through combination with SEM-EDX to determine the chemical nature of the particles

Production-related testing
In addition to the manufacturing processes, we develop test methods and devices to ensure quality. A wide range of test equipment is available, from special test equipment and development support to 100% testing in production. In-house mechanical engineering is a key element in the implementation of sophisticated process concepts. From the adaptation of standard machines to the design of complete production lines, we are flexible enough to meet your requirements.
- 100% control by means of computer-aided image processing systems
- 3D measuring process
- Leak test (flow value)
- Electrical testing (short circuit, high voltage, other)
- Surface testing (interferometry, thermography, ultrasonic sensors)
- Tactile measuring systems
- Eddy current testing (microstructure, crack testing)

Ageing & environmental assessment
A variety of environmental influences have an enormous impact on the product life cycle of products and components. These environmental influences lead, for example, to a seized crankshaft due to corrosion products or to a fuel leak due to a brittle rubber seal. Even during transportation, temperature changes or vibrations can have a decisive influence on your components.
The aim of environmental simulation is to measure these environmental influences and simulate their effects on components under defined and controllable conditions. Standard analysis methods are used in the materials laboratory to finally identify the effects.
- Salt spray test / corrosion test
- Constant / cyclical climate tests
- Heat/cold storage
- Temperature shock tests
- Vibration and mechanical shock
