Product development engineer

Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating routing plans, PPAP, APQP procedures for new product development, control plans, FMEA, project management. Project planning and tracking, product process development and sample production, creation of work instructions etc. for coil springs and constant force springs.
- Customer drawing evaluation and costing for coil springs and constant force springs, receiving drawings, datasheets, files and samples from customers.
- Provide technical support to customers as needed to improve customer satisfaction for coil springs and constant force springs.
- Execute coil spring and constant force spring data maintained in the SAP system.
- Collaborate and correspond with related departments.
- Lead and support internal audits according to QA requirements.
- Leading CIP projects related to the coil spring and constant force spring.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher & Associate or major in heat treating, metal material.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management in a multinational automotive company.
- Be familiar with 5tools in Quality.
- Be familiar with the working procedures and parameters of coil springs and constant force springs.
- Basic command of written and spoken English.
- Logical thinking and competence in risk management.
