The award-winning process was developed by the R&D department of the @KERN-LIEBERS Group. It is a pioneering technology that revolutionizes the 3D printing of spring materials.
The challenge was to develop a process that produces components with performance characteristics that far exceed the previous standards of additive manufacturing.
The benefits for customers are enormous: conventional semi-finished products, such as for large spiral springs, are often only available with delivery times of several months and in large quantities. The new process from KERN-LIEBERS makes production more flexible, more efficient and significantly faster. Thanks to an additive and digitalized process, components can be manufactured within a few days using just one primary material - a revolution in the supply chain and a significant advantage for customers.
This award underlines the innovative strength of KERN-LIEBERS and shows how state-of-the-art technologies can change the industry in the long term.
