KG, previously part of the KERN LIEBERS Group, is entering a new phase of strategic development: The company is merging with Kleiner GmbH Stanztechnik, forming a powerful corporate alliance built on technological excellence, sustainable growth, and long-term direction.
This step brings together two complementary technology leaders. Kleiner contributes decades of expertise in high‑precision stamping technology, press-fit solutions, and advanced automation. psm protech strengthens the group with its capabilities in plastic‑metal composite technology, hybrid solutions, assembly expertise, and special machinery development. Together, they offer a broad range of technologies - setting new standards within the industry.

Locations and Structures Remain in Place
psm protech’s sites in Marktschellenberg and Zalaegerszeg (Hungary) will remain fully operational. Existing teams, structures, and points of contact will initially continue unchanged.
