Achieving more together is not just an empty phrase for us. Rather, we live a positive cooperation with all employees worldwide, which is reflected in countless initiatives and projects. Here we present some of them to you.
There are also many other social projects and initiatives at our KERN LIEBERS locations worldwide. For example, participation in World Clean-up Day, company charity runs, a mentoring program or a vacation care program for the children of our employees.

Well@KL
The well-being of our employees is of central importance to us. In our Sustainability Strategy 2025, we have therefore committed to dedicating 1% of our annual profit (EBIT) to this.
In the "Well@KL" project, our employees can submit their own ideas for improving well-being, such as upgrading common areas, holding campaign weeks or investing in ergonomic office furniture. The best projects are selected by an internal jury.

ONE Team - ONE Run
A unique ONE Team - ONE Run sports event that combines a fitness challenge and a company run. Employees worldwide can collect points via an app by tracking various sporting and health-promoting activities. At the big company run, everyone comes together to complete a 5 km course - whether jogging, walking or strolling. The event ends with a joint after-run party with music, food and drinks, where the focus is on team spirit.
