Compression Spring Setter (M/W/D)

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently setting up and operating CNC coiling machines for high-precision compression springs
• Ensuring the production process runs smoothly and optimizing it
• Compliance with internal and external quality requirements
• Machine and tool maintenance

SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:

• Completed vocational training as a toolmaker, industrial mechanic, or equivalent
• Experience with automatic compression spring machines is a plus
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a metalworking company
• Experience using measuring instruments and testing programs
• Ability to work independently, carefully, and precisely
• High level of reliability and initiative
• Ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to work shifts
