CONTROLLER, SMART PARTS DIVISION (M/F/D)

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The focus of this position is on controlling for the Schramberg plant within the Smart Parts division, supplemented by exciting tasks for the internationally active division

• As part of our Controlling team, you can expect a diverse and challenging business environment where you can contribute your ideas

• You will be fully integrated into the planning and forecasting process. Reporting and analysis form the basis for you to draw decision-makers’ attention to business opportunities and risks; you will provide recommendations for action and serve as a strategic partner

• You will prepare and evaluate profitability analyses as the basis for investment decisions and customer proposals

• You’ll use our tool to conduct product profitability analyses and help identify measures to improve profitability

• You’ll take on special assignments and ad hoc analyses, work closely with other departments, and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for controlling-related issues

SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable background, as well as several years of professional experience in controlling

• You have a very good understanding of business contexts, strong abstract thinking skills, analytical abilities, and a knack for numbers

• You work in a structured, goal-oriented, independent, and self-directed manner

• You have strong IT skills in MS Excel and SAP, and ideally experience with reporting and BI tools

• You are a strong communicator, a team player, and someone who thrives on challenges while always maintaining a collaborative approach; you communicate confidently in German and English

• The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 20 hours per week)
