DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE TAX (M/F/D)

• As Director of Corporate Tax, you will serve as the point of contact for all tax-related matters at the KERN LIEBERS companies.
• You will be responsible for resolving tax issues across all areas of German and international tax law.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for auditing and tax consulting firms, as well as during tax audits.
• You will ensure compliance with ongoing tax reporting obligations for the German KERN LIEBERS companies.
• In addition, you will address issues related to transfer pricing.
• You are also responsible for value-added tax.
• Within the framework of legal requirements, you ensure compliance and support M&A projects.

SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:

• You have passed the certified public accountant exam or successfully completed a degree in tax law.
• You have several years of professional experience in the relevant field, preferably at an international industrial company.
• You are characterized by a strong affinity for IT, as well as analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
• Ideally, you have SAP skills.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are goal- and results-oriented.
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English and enjoy interacting with internal and external contacts worldwide.
