COURSE CONTENT
The dual degree program in Business Administration: Controlling & Consulting provides in-depth knowledge of traditional controlling, cost management, process management, and strategic planning. In addition to these core topics, emphasis is placed on building a broad foundation in business administration, including subjects such as law, statistics, and organization. To complement this, important soft skills are developed through courses such as project management, conflict management, and negotiation. The program combines traditional lectures with practical approaches such as case studies and project assignments. In a real-world business setting, students deepen their understanding of theoretical concepts in various business departments, with a focus on finance and controlling.
