Setup Technician for Bihler Machines/Automatic Punch Presses (M/F/D)

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting up Bihler/stamping dies according to setup plans
• Setting up and operating feeding systems
• Issuing machine clearances
• Recording production parameters in the machine data collection system
• Performing preventive maintenance on machines and equipment in the work area
• Monitoring ongoing production and performing other production-related tasks
• Programming of sensor systems

SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:

• Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or industrial mechanic, specializing in production engineering
• Knowledge of Bihler stamping technology
• Several years of professional experience in setting up Bihler/stamping dies
• Experience with thin-gauge materials is a plus
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, and commitment to quality
• Motivation to develop
• Sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts
• Knowledge of SAP and Keyence measurement technology is a plus
• Knowledge of NC axes/technology is desirable
• Hands-on approach
