YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Join our dedicated Division Controlling team and take on responsibility for a specific area of our internationally active division

• You can expect a diverse business environment with numerous subsidiaries, varied markets, and exciting business challenges

• Be more than just a provider of numbers: Support decision-makers as a sparring partner and actively shape decisions

• Keep track of financial performance through reporting, forecasting, planning, and in-depth analysis; identify opportunities and risks early on and derive concrete recommendations for action

• Work closely with our international controlling teams and other stakeholders

• Actively help shape the future of our controlling function—using modern BI tools, automation, and intelligent digital solutions

SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:

• You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, or have a comparable background

• You have several years of experience in controlling, think entrepreneurially, and want to not only analyze a business but also actively help shape it

• You think analytically, recognize connections, and can communicate complex issues clearly and concisely

• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain a clear overview even when faced with diverse challenges

• You excel at teamwork and combine constructive challenge with collaborative partnership

• You are proficient in Excel and modern reporting and BI tools, and you have excellent command of both German and English
