SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS & QUALITY (M/F/D)

With approximately 5,850 employees at over 35 locations worldwide, the KERN LIEBERS Group develops and manufactures precision products made from strip steel and wire of the highest quality.
- You will be responsible for the strategic development and global harmonization of our management systems.
- You will further develop global standards, ensure their effective implementation, and support our international subsidiaries in their sustainable application.
- You will lead our global audit program, coordinate internal and external audits, and serve as the primary point of contact for certification bodies and auditors.
- You will work closely with the Board of Management, our divisions, and our international locations to drive the continuous improvement of our management systems.
- Your responsibilities also include the further development of management reviews, key performance indicators, and reporting structures, as well as leading international improvement initiatives.
- A successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of leadership experience in the field of management systems, quality management, or audit management in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant management system standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001, as well as experience working with certification bodies.
- Auditor certification as a 1st- and/or 2nd-party auditor; lead auditor certification is a plus.
- A confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Business-fluent English skills and a willingness to travel internationally.
