YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting up Bihler/stamping dies according to setup plans
- Setting up and operating feeding systems
- Issuing machine clearances
- Recording production parameters in the machine data collection system
- Performing preventive maintenance on machines and equipment in the work area
- Monitoring ongoing production and performing other production-related tasks
- Programming of sensor systems
SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:
- Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or industrial mechanic, specializing in production engineering
- Knowledge of Bihler/stamping technology
- Several years of professional experience in setting up Bihler/stamping dies
- Experience with thin-gauge materials is a plus
- Willingness to work shifts
- Knowledge of SAP and Keyence measurement technology is a plus
- Sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of NC axes and related technology is desirable
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, and commitment to quality
