QMB (Quality Management Representative) (M/F/D)

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and further developing the quality management system (IATF 16949 & ISO 9001)
• Standardizing processes and quality management documentation
• Supporting processes to ensure they are improved in accordance with standards
• Preparing the report for the annual management review
• Participating in the annual program for the quality management system
• Supporting external audits (certification body, customers)
• Planning and conducting internal audits (system)
• Monitoring of corrective actions resulting from external and internal audits
• Participating in quality assurance agreements with customers and suppliers (reviewing system requirements)
• Planning and managing the system-related exchange of information between locations (lessons learned)
• Coordinating and monitoring internal and external complaint management

SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:

• Technical training with further education leading to a technician or master craftsman certification and/or comparable experience of several years in quality management (automotive, medical technology)
• Experience with relevant standards (IATF 16949 & ISO 9001)
• Required QM certifications (DGQ)
• Required auditor certifications
• Interpersonal skills, leadership experience, assertiveness, ability to motivate and communicate, sense of responsibility, team spirit, discretion
• Good command of German and English
